- If a hosting account, whether shared hosting, VPS hosting, or dedicated hosting, receives a DMCA complaint, we do not suspend the service immediately.
- We first reach out to the customer to notify them of the complaint and seek their input on resolving the issue.
- Customers are expected to remove any copyrighted content as part of the resolution process.

2. Trademark Violations

Similar to DMCA complaints, if a trademark violation is reported, we will notify the customer and allow them to address the issue before taking further action.

3. Abuse (Spam Emails, Misuse of Resources, etc.)

- If abuse, such as sending spam emails, is detected, we will contact the customer to assess and rectify the issue.
- If the abuse is found to be severe or recurring, Yash Host may need to suspend the service to protect other users and our network.

4. Specific Terms for VPS Hosting (Spam Abuse)

For VPS hosting, we follow a three-strike warning system:
- First Warning: Customer will be notified about the abuse.
- Second Warning: Further abuse will result in a second warning and detailed monitoring of outgoing activity.
- Third Warning: A final warning will be issued, clearly stating the consequences of continued abuse.

On the fourth instance, we will:
- Cancel the upcoming billing cycle for the affected VPS.
- Terminate the server immediately to prevent further harm to our network and compliance risks.

Customer Responsibility

We expect all customers to use our services responsibly and abide by this policy. Customers are advised to regularly monitor and manage their hosting resources to prevent misuse or violations.
